The trends of the Auto Transport industry follow along the path of all others in the Relocation industry.  Historically, the peak season starts in March and ends around September. With the current uncertainty in our economy and consumer confidence down, this years slow season has hit an all time low. Google's tool "Insight for Search" shows us this yearly trend of people who search for auto transport services.

What does this mean for customers?

This means that auto transporters are desperate for new business, and must raise their standards of customer service to beat out the competition.  It is no long a question of numbers, it is a questions of "what can I do to earn your business?".

Take the time to ask your questions.  The auto transporter that deserves your business is the one who respects you as a customer, and the one that you feel comfortable with.  Unless there is good reason, try to avoid the obvious "low-ball" quote.
