Our network of Auto Transport companies cover all 50 United States, including Washington DC. We are a USA based company, and only service the USA.

How does AutoTransportCentral.com match me with Auto Transporters?

After pre-screening the Auto Transport companies, we enter into our database all routes/states that the Auto Transporters service, plus any special requirements/restrictions.  Once you have provided us with your Origin/Destination and Make/Model of your vehicle, we use this information to automatically match you with Auto Transporters that service your area.  If more than 6 companies are found we will select only the top 6.

How does AutoTransportCentral.com pre-screen Auto Transporters? 

We start by verifying all licensing and insurance information with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Please read our "Bonded/Insured Transporters Only" page for more information.  Next, we verify state business filings, identify the owner's name, and verify the physical address. We also regularly monitor several auto transport review websites, double-check our own list of blacklisted transporters/owners, and respond to feedback from customers and other transporters.  Furthermore, any company that receives more than 3 unresolved complaints in a 6-month period is suspended.

Am I obligated to use these Auto Transporters?

Absolutely Not.  Our service helps you save time, money, and frustration by matching you with pre-screened Auto Transporters.  However, we advise all customers to ask questions, compare rates, and make your own decision.  When you hire a quality Auto Transporter it means your estimate will be accurate, your vehicle will be kept safe, and your shipment will arrive on time.

How does AutoTransportCentral.com get paid if this is a free service?

The Auto Transport companies pay advertising fees to participate in the ATC network.  These Auto Transporters know that you are going to shop around for quotes.  They know that the ATC network forbids "rogue" transporters from obtaining leads.  Hopefully once you have received your 6 quotes from our network, you will not shop anywhere else where there is a chance that you will run into a "rogue" transporter who has questionable business practices.
